At Raging Waves, safety is always our top priority. Our park policies and attraction rules are designed to help every guest enjoy a fun, comfortable, and safe experience.
All posted rules, website policies, and instructions from team members must be followed at all times.
Follow All Posted Safety Rules
Please:
- Read and follow all posted signs and attraction instructions
- Listen to lifeguards and ride attendants
- Follow all verbal and written warnings
- Observe height and rider requirements for each attraction
Guests who do not follow safety rules may be denied access to attractions or asked to leave the park.
Use Good Judgment
We ask all guests to act responsibly and be aware of their surroundings.
If you notice an unsafe condition or behavior, please report it to a manager or team member immediately.
Alcohol, Drugs, and Prohibited Items
For the safety of all guests:
- Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol may not participate on attractions
- Illegal substances are prohibited
- Weapons of any kind, including firearms and knives, are not allowed
- Glass containers are not permitted inside the park
Stay Aware While Using Phones
If you’re using your phone or tablet in the park, please remain alert and watch where you’re walking.
Wet surfaces, moving guests, and nearby attractions require your full attention.
Respect Restricted Areas
Some areas of the park are designated for team members only.
Please do not enter:
- Staff-only areas
- Restricted zones
- Areas marked with warning signs or barriers
